Whatever type of business you’re in, ideally you’ll have people on board with a relevant mix of the required skills and strengths. Strengths are our natural capacities. When people get to use their strengths, they feel more energised, more engaged and more likely to consistently perform at their best. Of course, when an individual is playing to their strengths, they in turn strengthen your organisation.

Strengths Profile is a well-researched, scientifically developed survey which focuses on an individual’s strengths primarily within a working context. As well as highlighting strengths, the supporting report and coaching questions provide plenty of information to identify where strengths can be further developed and can also provide valid foundation for a career development plan.

As a certified Strengths Profile practitioner, I am able to debrief the Strengths Profile assessment tool and via the follow-up coaching sessions, work with participants to maximise their strengths. And of course, when an individual is playing to their strengths, they in turn strengthen your organisation.

HOW THE STRENGTHS PROFILE ASSESSMENT WORKS

Through profile debriefing and follow-up coaching sessions you can expand your self-awareness and accelerate your individualised strengths-based personal development by creating a personal development plan.

There are three main steps to the process:

Step 1 – Discussing your requirements and objectives. The first step is to contact me, using the form below, so that we can discuss your requirements.

Step 2 – Completing an online survey. After we have dealt with the formalities, you’ll be given a link to the Strengths Profile survey website where you can complete an online survey. It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

Step 3 – Your initial debrief and coaching sessions. Once you’ve completed the online survey your Strengths Profile report is created, and we will arrange your initial debriefing session. This will be followed up by coaching sessions.
