What is coaching?
Coaching is “partnering with individuals in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential.” It is about change and transformation through goal-focused conversation.
It is also about learning and growth, more by the coach asking powerful questions than giving answers. Coaching raises awareness and helps you take responsibility for change and move into action. It can help increase your leadership effectiveness, self awareness, resilience and adaptability, and bridge competency gaps. It can help you thrive in times of change, enhance productivity and well being, and overall, strengthen personal growth.
